GETTING REAL: I started working with Andy because my network marketing business was not creating the income I knew it could. I identified the fundamental problem: ME. I even identified some of my issues: low self-esteem and chronic discouragement, for example. It's hard to build a great business when you've been programmed for mediocrity. I knew I needed to do some personal re-programming...but how?

I heard about EFT, and did a bit with it on my own, but I knew I was only chipping away at the tip of the iceberg. I wanted to make some major changes, and I needed expert help. That's when I discovered Andy.

Andy & I work together by phone, since he's in the Midwest, and I'm on the West Coast. I find it amazing that this works so well. Andy knows the right questions to ask, and his extraordinary intuitive sense allows him to zero-in on what might be called the roots of chronic, negative feelings such as discouragement, unworthiness, and so on.

EFT with Andy is quick, easy, and extremely effective. With his brilliant guidance, I've been able to release several major emotional issues that I've been carrying around since I was a child 50+ years ago! It feels SO good to be free of the old, false, negative ideas about myself. Re-programming indeed!

I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend both EFT and Andy Mason. I was introduced to Andy Mason as an EFT Practitioner about four years ago. For years I had tried a number of different "therapies" on issues related to PTSD so, while I was open to trying EFT, I was skeptical. EFT worked, and it worked like gang busters.

Andy Mason is very intuitive, sensitive to people's emotional state and needs, and completely professional. Best of all, he genuinely has the best interests of his clients as his number one priority; he has integrity.

EFT works, and it works immediately. That may be the reason why people are so skeptical of EFT. It flies in the face of everything we have been taught about both how long it takes to resolve emotional issues and the ways in which emotional issues influence our physical well-being. EFT is simple; you don't have to know the basis of your problem for it to work. You can simply work on the sign or symptom that is creating a problem and experience relief. Emotional Freedom Technique may sound a little corny or simplistic but it does what it claims to do and it does it in a hurry.

I would recommend EFT and Andy Mason to anyone, at anytime.

My initial session with Andy was to address issues I had from childhood. Feelings of abandonment, mistrust, little self-esteem or self-worth were part of my identity. I felt like I was damaged goods. Everyone I associated with eventually knew "my story" and when people would comment on my good qualities, I would immediately put up a wall because I never saw the good, only the damaged part of myself.

After that first session I no longer felt the trauma of the events from the past. My perceptions literally changed that day, not only of myself but of others as well.
