Virtual Reality Dos and Don'ts
Virtual Reality is a great technique for improving your vibration, and here are some do's and don'ts to bear in mind to make your virtual reality process more effective for you.
Do:
- experience it for only as long as you feel good—get out the second "reality" intrudes on your experience.
- Virtual Reality just for the experience of feeling good.
- find a place where you will be undisturbed during your Virtual Reality experience.
- imagine things/people that you include in Virtual Reality as you want to experience them.
- make use of Virtual Reality as often as you can. The more you practice, the more your dominant experience is feeling good and therefore the more likely you are to attract positive influences and experiences to your life.
Don't:
- stay in Virtual Reality when you allow things that do not feel good to enter your thoughts.
- take people/things to Virtual Reality to work on them to be different. Instead, imagine those people and things as if they already are what you want them to be.
- choose situations that you find difficult to think of in a positive manner. The painful reality of those situations will contaminate your Virtual Reality experience. Instead choose things which are less important to you; remember that the purpose of Virtual Reality is to feel good, not to fix things.
- take this too seriously. This is meant to be a fun exercise, so have fun; play with it.
