Virtual Reality
Virtual Reality is a process described by Abraham-Hicks (external link) in their magnificent book Ask and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires. For those of you who already own a copy of this book, their full description of the process is on pages 167—175. Be sure to check out my review of this book.
The sole purpose of this process is to make you feel good, because the more you feel good the more you are open to good things happening to you.
Virtual Reality is a very simple process but people have a tendency, through their conditioning, to make it hard. The point of Virtual Reality is not to take something broken into it to be fixed because that puts your attention on to the thing that is broken. Do NOT bring reality into virtual reality!
The real point of Virtual Reality is to exercise your imagination muscles; to conjure images that make you feel terrific! Your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between a real or imagined experience and so you will feel beneficial emotional and physical responses, as if the images you have conjured were real in your experience. The more you practice Virtual Reality, the more time you will spend feeling good and you will begin to see beneficial changes coming in to your life. Things that were an issue for you before will just melt away because you are no longer giving them your attention, and things you have been wanting will start to come effortlessly into your life.
