Isagenix Nutritional Cleansing
In October 2007 I was introduced to Isagenix (external link) at a retreat I was attending. Isagenix (external link) is a nutritional cleansing system that:
- nourishes the body
- cleanses toxins
- energizes you
- assists you in achieving your weight loss goals
I have never before tried a nutritional cleansing system, and have dismissed many of the diet programs out there as fad diets. What made me pay attention to Isagenix (external link) was the people who were telling me about it. They are people whom I respect, and know to have high standards of personal integrity and they were delighted with the results they were getting. They felt a tremendous sense of vitality and well-being, and they had shed significant body mass through being on the program.
For some months I had been complaining about feeling tired and lethargic, and so my primary reason for trying Isagenix was to improve my energy levels and my mood. If I lost weight too, that would be a welcome bonus but it certainly wasn't my main focus in embarking on this journey.

Whether you want to lose weight or not, I can recommend Isagenix to you unequivocally because it gives your body the nutrition it needs that increasingly is not coming from the overly-processed food that we eat. What I like about Isagenix is that it is easy. If you're planning to lose weight then you substitute two meals a day with a delicious and nutritious shake, and then your third meal is a sensible low-carb, high fiber meal that contains 400-600 calories, together with some herbal supplements you take at different times of the day to give your metabolism a boost, replace essential minerals and nutrients, and keep you regular. Once a week you have a cleanse day where you don't eat food, but you do drink a cleansing fluid that helps your body dump the toxins from your system.
