What to Do if Progress Stalls

Remember to assess your level of discomfort on the 0-10 scale after each round of EFT (Sequence, Nine Gamut, Sequence). If you feel that there is no progress being made then it is possible that you are psychologically reversed in relation to completely eradicating the problem.

To combat this, use a modified round of EFT. First of all, tap the Karate Chop point again while repeating a modified setup phrase:

"Even though I STILL HAVE SOME OF THIS ______________, I deeply and completely accept myself."

Repeat the round (Sequence, Nine Gamut, Sequence) using a modified reminder phrase of

"remaining ________"

Assess your level of discomfort again. Continue doing modified rounds of EFT until your level of discomfort reaches zero.
