How to Perform EFT on Yourself
The location of the EFT tapping points is illustrated in this diagram. EFT is a very forgiving process because if you miss a point, or tap them in a different sequence then it usually does not matter. When I work with another person in an EFT session I encourage them to tap for themselves as I tap along with them on my own body because I wish to emphasize that they have the power to release their own blockages; I am merely facilitating the process. If you prefer, you may tap for the other person on these tapping points.
A full round of EFT takes about 1-2 minutes and comprises the following steps:
In order to judge the effectiveness of the EFT round, you need to make a subjective evaluation of the problem's intensity before and after tapping. Tune into the problem and assign your reaction a number from 0-10 where 10 represents the most intense it could possibly be and 0 means there is no reaction at all. Repeat this intensity rating after each round of EFT; if you can lower your intensity rating to 0 then the issue is completely resolved.
